Account Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your DOJILAB account from the mobile app or the web, and what happens to your data afterwards.

You can delete your account directly inside the app:

1. Open the "Profile" tab and go to the "Account" section.
2. Tap "Delete my account".
3. Confirm with your password and tap "Delete permanently".

The same flow is available in the web app:

1. Sign in to your account and open the "Settings" page.
2. In the "Danger zone" section, choose "Delete my account".
3. Confirm with your password — or by typing the confirmation word if your account has no password — and select "Delete permanently".

Deletion permanently removes your account and the records linked to it from our database. This includes:

• All chart analyses, reports, and the chart images you uploaded
• Portfolio records and portfolio reviews
• Favorites and usage history
• Profile details, investor profile, and consent records
• Sessions, linked sign-in methods, and the account record itself

Audit records kept for security and legal obligations are retained; deletion removes their reference to your account, so they are no longer linked to it.

Deletion takes effect the moment you confirm — there is no grace period. A deleted account and its data cannot be recovered. Make sure you have saved anything you need before you proceed.
