These terms govern the use of the DOJILAB website and application (the "Service") and form a binding agreement between you and the business operating the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

«Usuario» es la persona registrada en el Servicio; «Contenido», las imágenes de gráficos que subes; «Análisis», los informes de perspectiva técnica generados por IA; «Plan», el nivel de servicio que define tu cuota mensual de análisis.

DOJILAB is NOT a brokerage, financial intermediary, portfolio manager, or licensed investment adviser. All analyses, scenarios, levels, and confidence scores are educational technical outlooks only; they are not buy/sell recommendations, personalized investment advice, or guarantees of profit. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. If local law restricts use of the Service, it is your responsibility not to use it.

Creating an account requires a valid email, phone verification, and risk-disclosure consent; the time of consent is recorded. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your password. You may not transfer or share your account.

Actualmente el Servicio se ofrece de forma gratuita, con una cuota mensual de análisis definida. La cuota se renueva al inicio de cada mes natural y las asignaciones no utilizadas no se acumulan.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Using it for market manipulation, fraud, insider trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any regulatory breach is strictly prohibited. Bulk-scraping reports, reselling the Service, or attempting to breach its security will result in account termination.

The chart images you upload belong to you; we process them only to produce your analyses. The Service's interface, brand, software, and report format belong to and are protected by DOJILAB. You may use your own reports for personal and educational purposes but not republish them commercially.

El Servicio se apoya en infraestructura de terceros como alojamiento, base de datos, modelos de IA, correo electrónico y SMS. DOJILAB no es responsable de la disponibilidad ni de las condiciones de esos proveedores. Los gráficos subidos pueden enviarse a servicios de IA de terceros para producir los análisis, por lo que no debes incluir datos sensibles en tus imágenes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOJILAB is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Service. This includes financial loss caused by third-party service outages and AI errors. All investment decisions and outcomes are yours alone.

You agree to indemnify and hold DOJILAB harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu cuenta si incumples estos términos o las normas de uso aceptable. Puedes solicitar el cierre de tu cuenta en cualquier momento.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email before they take effect, and the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
