Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the DOJILAB website and application (the "Service") and form a binding agreement between you and the business operating the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

"उपयोगकर्ता" का अर्थ है सेवा में पंजीकृत व्यक्ति; "सामग्री" का अर्थ है आपके द्वारा अपलोड की गई चार्ट छवियाँ; "विश्लेषण" का अर्थ है AI द्वारा तैयार तकनीकी-दृष्टिकोण रिपोर्टें; "प्लान" का अर्थ है वह सेवा स्तर जो आपकी मासिक विश्लेषण सीमा निर्धारित करता है।

DOJILAB is NOT a brokerage, financial intermediary, portfolio manager, or licensed investment adviser. All analyses, scenarios, levels, and confidence scores are educational technical outlooks only; they are not buy/sell recommendations, personalized investment advice, or guarantees of profit. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. If local law restricts use of the Service, it is your responsibility not to use it.

Creating an account requires a valid email, phone verification, and risk-disclosure consent; the time of consent is recorded. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your password. You may not transfer or share your account.

सेवा वर्तमान में निःशुल्क दी जाती है, जिसमें एक निर्धारित मासिक विश्लेषण कोटा होता है। कोटा हर कैलेंडर माह की शुरुआत में नवीनीकृत होता है और अप्रयुक्त कोटा अगले माह में नहीं जुड़ता।

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Using it for market manipulation, fraud, insider trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any regulatory breach is strictly prohibited. Bulk-scraping reports, reselling the Service, or attempting to breach its security will result in account termination.

The chart images you upload belong to you; we process them only to produce your analyses. The Service's interface, brand, software, and report format belong to and are protected by DOJILAB. You may use your own reports for personal and educational purposes but not republish them commercially.

सेवा होस्टिंग, डेटाबेस, AI मॉडल, ईमेल और SMS जैसी तृतीय-पक्ष अवसंरचना पर निर्भर करती है। इन प्रदाताओं की उपलब्धता या शर्तों के लिए DOJILAB ज़िम्मेदार नहीं है। अपलोड किए गए चार्ट विश्लेषण तैयार करने हेतु तृतीय-पक्ष AI सेवाओं को भेजे जा सकते हैं, इसलिए अपनी छवियों में संवेदनशील डेटा शामिल न करें।

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOJILAB is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Service. This includes financial loss caused by third-party service outages and AI errors. All investment decisions and outcomes are yours alone.

You agree to indemnify and hold DOJILAB harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email before they take effect, and the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
