Web Payment Terms

Payment with cryptocurrency on the website is not currently offered. This document sets out in advance the terms that will apply once this payment rail opens; while it is closed, nothing is charged on the website. In-app subscriptions are governed by the Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.

A payment made on the web opens a fixed, prepaid period (monthly or annual) for the plan you choose. The period does not renew by itself and no payment details are stored; when it ends, your account returns to the free tier.

Payment is made through our cryptocurrency payment provider, on the network and in the amount shown. The plan opens once the payment has enough network confirmations and the provider reports it as complete. Network fees are yours.

An underpaid or failed payment does not open a plan; you need to start a new payment. For underpaid amounts, write to us with the transaction details and a return is considered within the provider's capabilities and a reasonable time.

Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by nature and a completed payment is, as a rule, not refunded. Where the fault is ours — a system fault, a duplicate charge, a payment taken without the plan opening — we make it right: we verify what happened and refund the amount or restore your allowance.

The service is performed instantly and electronically once the payment completes. Before you start a payment you are asked to confirm that you consent to the service starting immediately and that you understand you thereby lose the right of withdrawal; a payment cannot be started without that confirmation.

These terms apply only to payments made on the website; subscriptions bought through the app stores are governed by the Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy. This document supplements the Terms of Use.

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you habitually reside.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the version in force.
