Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the DOJILAB website and application (the "Service") and form a binding agreement between you and the business operating the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Ang "User" ay tumutukoy sa taong nakarehistro sa Serbisyo; ang "Content" ay ang mga larawan ng chart na ina-upload mo; ang "Analysis" ay ang mga ulat ng teknikal na pananaw na binuo ng AI; ang "Plan" ay ang antas ng serbisyo na nagtatakda ng iyong buwanang quota ng pagsusuri.

DOJILAB is NOT a brokerage, financial intermediary, portfolio manager, or licensed investment adviser. All analyses, scenarios, levels, and confidence scores are educational technical outlooks only; they are not buy/sell recommendations, personalized investment advice, or guarantees of profit. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. If local law restricts use of the Service, it is your responsibility not to use it.

Creating an account requires a valid email, phone verification, and risk-disclosure consent; the time of consent is recorded. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your password. You may not transfer or share your account.

Kasalukuyang inaalok nang libre ang Serbisyo, na may nakatakdang buwanang quota ng pagsusuri. Nagre-renew ang quota sa simula ng bawat buwan ng kalendaryo at hindi naililipat ang hindi nagamit.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Using it for market manipulation, fraud, insider trading, pump-and-dump schemes, or any regulatory breach is strictly prohibited. Bulk-scraping reports, reselling the Service, or attempting to breach its security will result in account termination.

The chart images you upload belong to you; we process them only to produce your analyses. The Service's interface, brand, software, and report format belong to and are protected by DOJILAB. You may use your own reports for personal and educational purposes but not republish them commercially.

Umaasa ang Serbisyo sa imprastraktura ng third party tulad ng hosting, database, mga AI model, email, at SMS. Hindi responsable ang DOJILAB sa availability o mga kundisyon ng mga provider na iyon. Maaaring ipadala ang mga na-upload na chart sa mga third-party na AI service para gumawa ng mga pagsusuri, kaya huwag maglagay ng sensitibong datos sa iyong mga larawan.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". No express or implied warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DOJILAB is not liable for investment losses, lost profits, data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of the Service. This includes financial loss caused by third-party service outages and AI errors. All investment decisions and outcomes are yours alone.

You agree to indemnify and hold DOJILAB harmless against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

Maaari naming suspindihin o wakasan ang iyong account kapag nilabag mo ang mga tuntuning ito o ang mga panuntunan ng katanggap-tanggap na paggamit. Maaari kang humiling ng pagsasara ng iyong account anumang oras.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in the Service or by email before they take effect, and the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The governing law and competent courts for these terms are the jurisdiction stated in the business details below. This section applies accordingly once the business details are finalized.
