This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for DOJILAB paid subscriptions. It applies once paid plans are available.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access to the Service until then.
Digital service and used credits
DOJILAB is a digital service delivered instantly. To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, refunds may not be available for analyses already used or digital credits already consumed. Where performance begins immediately with your consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited.
When a refund may be considered
A refund request is considered in cases of duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or a technical fault attributable to us that fully prevents access to the Service.
How to request a refund
Send refund requests to the support address below within a reasonable time from the payment date, including the transaction details. Requests are reviewed and resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
