What this policy covers
This policy governs refunds and cancellations for subscription payments made through the purchase system of the app store you installed the app from (the App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android).
The service provider is PAX GROUP DOO. Contact: contact@paxgroupglobal.com
Who decides on a refund
For payments made through a store, the store (Apple or Google) decides on refunds under its own policy. The store collects your payment, issues your invoice, and your card/payment details never reach DojiLab. A refund therefore happens between you and the store, under the store's own rules; DojiLab is not a party to that evaluation and cannot change the outcome.
How to request a refund
You request a refund directly from the store:
- iOS: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, pick the subscription in your purchase history, and open a request. You can also reach the subscription from Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Android: open a refund request from your Google Play order history or through Google Play Help.
The store evaluates the request on its own timeline and its own criteria.
If the fault is ours
Where a charge results from an error on our side — for example a fault in our systems, a duplicate charge caused by us, or a payment taken without your plan being activated — we promise a refund: we verify what happened and, once the fault is confirmed as ours, the amount you paid is refunded to you — through the store or directly by us — and any allowance you lost is restored to your account. Write to contact@paxgroupglobal.com with the transaction details. This promise covers errors on our side only; in every other case a refund is at the store's discretion.
What we do if you write to us
If you write to us about this (contact@paxgroupglobal.com), we explain the store's request process and help you verify the account/usage facts we hold (e.g. which plan, since when). We reply within a reasonable time.
If the store issues a refund
When the store notifies us of a refund, your access ends immediately and your account returns to the free tier at the same moment — we do not wait for the period to end. A refund means the value of the remaining days is also returned, so you do not need to file a separate claim for partial days.
- Usage you already spent is not clawed back: analyses or portfolio reviews you ran during the refunded period are not "undone"; your balance never goes negative.
- Credits earned by watching ads are not removed and remain spendable.
Allowance refund is not a money refund
It is worth keeping two concepts separate. A money refund is described above. An allowance (quota) refund is different: if a technical fault on our side stops an analysis or a portfolio review from completing, the usage you spent is automatically restored to your balance. This is a separate, non-monetary mechanism.
When a refund should not be expected
A money refund should generally not be expected in the following cases (you may still take your request to the store; the decision is the store's):
- You used some or all of the subscription period,
- You simply changed your mind (subject to the store's own discretion),
- You cancelled mid-period but did not want to wait for it to end — access already continues until the period ends in that case, so it is not a refund matter.
Your statutory rights are unaffected
This policy does not remove the statutory rights you have as a consumer — in particular your rights around withdrawal. See the Right of Withdrawal page for that right's scope and exceptions, and the Distance-Selling Pre-Contract Disclosure Form for what you are told before you buy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the version in force.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the law of Montenegro. Nothing here affects the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you habitually reside.
