Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms govern the use, renewal, and payment of DOJILAB free and paid plans.

The free plan includes a limited number of analyses per month and access to core features. There is no payment or auto-renewal on the free plan.

Paid plans offer higher monthly quotas and additional features. Current prices and plan contents are shown on the Pricing page. Purchases of paid plans become active once they are enabled.

Unless cancelled, paid subscriptions renew AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each period at that period's price. To stop renewal, simply cancel before the period ends.

We may change prices. A change does not affect your current period and is notified before it takes effect; the new price applies from the next renewal.

If a renewal payment cannot be taken, access to paid features may be suspended. Access is restored once payment is completed successfully.

We may suspend or terminate your account or paid access for breach of these terms, the acceptable-use rules, or the law.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Displayed prices may include or have applicable taxes added, depending on the law. Applicable taxes may vary by your country.

We may offer discounts or campaigns from time to time. Promotions are subject to their own terms, are time-limited, and may be withdrawn with notice.

You can upgrade or downgrade between plans. When the change takes effect and any price difference is shown at the time of the change.
