Distance-Selling Pre-Contract Disclosure Form

This form is prepared, under Turkish consumer-protection and distance-selling law, to inform you before you buy a DojiLab subscription. This form is not itself a contract; your purchase, once completed through the store system described below, takes effect together with the Subscription Terms.

The seller and service provider is the following legal entity:

DojiLab is an education and information platform offering chart technical analysis, AI-assisted portfolio review, market data, an economic calendar and company profiles. A subscription increases the monthly usage allowance for these — no feature is locked to a plan.

Each product's periodic price is shown on the purchase screen, before you confirm, in your own currency and inclusive of applicable taxes. The amount shown is the total you pay; there is no separate shipping/delivery charge (the service is delivered electronically).

Payment method: the purchase system of Apple's App Store on iOS and of Google Play on Android. The store collects the payment; your card details never reach DojiLab.

The service requires no physical delivery; it activates electronically and instantly once your purchase is confirmed, and your monthly allowance becomes usable immediately.

Depending on the product you choose, the subscription runs in monthly or annual terms and renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the store's account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. See the Subscription Terms for detail.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. However, for services performed instantly in electronic form, that right is subject to an exception once the consumer has been informed in advance and has consented to losing it (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15/1-ğ). This form is presented so that it is reachable from the DojiLab subscription screen before you confirm a purchase.

This form is updated as the products it describes change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the version in force.
